A Geothermal Country Overview Look Back

Over the past 10 months, we’ve shared geothermal snapshots of different countries from around the world, referred here as Geothermal Country Overviews.  Some looked at the potential of undeveloped resources, some looked at direct-use and heating, while others looked at more conventional geothermal power.  We didn’t approach this to serve as peer-reviewed, scientifically verified, perfect update.  (Our disclaimer that more current statistics could be available, now, or shortly, as development is ongoing).

What we wanted to do was create blog series supported by our social media platforms to educate and inform the public about all things geothermal related to the respective countries we featured.

The web analytics and social media engagement suggest we accomplished these goals! Scroll down for a full list and links to the 13 countries we featured!
